Founded in Buffalo in 1967, we have since expanded to Rochester and Jamestown through organic growth and by partnering with well-regarded firms that share our commitment to fiduciary excellence and personalized, high-touch service. In 2023, we merged with Rochester-based HNP Capital, an affiliate of Courier Capital through our parent company, Financial Institutions, Inc., since 2018.
